The Palworld vs Nintendo Lawsuit that's been going on for a while now has had everybody thinking that Nintendo's been overreaching too much and that Pocketpair have been the victims of a massive corporation bullying the little guy, but after looking more into the lawsuit over the patent infringements, there might be a bigger reason as to why Nintendo is taking these sorts of actions, other than just wanting to bully a small indie studio
