Cooking pizza in the great outdoors is always an adventure! This time Jeremy was in Florida and received some expert guidance from Blackstone Betty. They tackled a Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. The result? Crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor—worth the challenge!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza:
Ingredients
Pizza dough
Avocado oil
Extra virgin olive oil
Tuscan Herb Seasoning (or a similar blend)
Parmesan Ranch Seasoning (or a similar blend)
Ranch dressing
Thinly sliced chicken
Chopped bacon
Diced onions
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh herbs of choice
Directions
Season the chicken with Tuscan herb and Parmesan ranch seasoning.
Heat a griddle to medium heat and cook the chicken. Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the griddle.
Add the chopped bacon and diced onions to the griddle. Leave the onions and bacon cooking until the pizza is almost done, then remove them.
Lightly flour a clean surface and shape the pizza dough to the desired size for the pizza oven. Use a fork to poke small holes in the dough. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the surface and sprinkle with Tuscan herb seasoning.
Add a swirl of ranch dressing and sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Preheat the pizza oven until the stone reaches 700°F. Carefully place the pizza onto the stone and immediately lower the heat. Close the oven door and turn on the rotating stone. Let the pizza bake for about one minute with the door closed. Open the door and monitor the pizza until fully cooked.
Once the pizza is done, add another swirl of ranch dressing, sprinkle with fresh herbs and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Slice and enjoy!
