Taco Bake Casserole Recipe 1 1/2 lb ground chuck 1/3 of yellow onion diced 3-4 soft taco size flour tortillas 1 pack of your favorite taco seasoning 1-2 cups of Mexican blend cheese 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes In a pan over medium high heat add olive oil allow to get hot then add onions saute for 1-2 minutes add ground beef break up ground beef and season with taco seasoning cook til completely browned and drained. In a casserole dish lay down first tortilla top with meat , tomato and chesse then repeat. In your preheated oven bake for 15-20 until cheese is melted remove cut plate and serve. Enjoy!
