I am at Margaritaville in Grand Turk Island, and I am going to attempt their Trouble in Paradise challenge. This challenge consists of a quadruple stacked burger and a large amount of fries with a very short 8 minute time limit. Once the burger hits the table the clock starts so it is HOT! If I want to get my first win outside the U.S. I am going to have to deal with the burnt fingers later. This is spring break week, and a huge crowd is here, so let's put on a good show!
