Venezuela's Nicolas Maduro has been sworn in as the country's president for a third term. The Biden administration reacted by offering a 25 Million dollar reward for his arrest and issued a statement calling his presidency illegitimate. Last year Maduro was declared winner of an election that the opposition said was rigged.
