Sweet wines are just for beginners. In our book, there's only 2 kinds of wine: good or bad. And this has nothing to do with dry or sweet! There are plenty of world-class "sweet" wines that any collector would love.
One example is Egon Muller Riesling, which is as complex and ageable as any collectible dry wine. Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or just getting into it, there's no reason to believe that sweet wines are "entry level" in any way!
