My husband's mom is from Culiacan Sinaloa and she makes the most delicious shrimp ceviche in green salsa 😋 It's similar to aguachile, you're gonna love this recipe! 🥰 I enjoy this with some air fryer tostadas. Making them in the air fryer is far healthier than deep frying them and they're just as good, give it a try.
CEVICHE EN SALSA VERDE INGREDIENTS:
For the Ceviche
► 1 lb of shrimp
► Salt and black pepper
► 1 cup of lime juice
► 3 tomatoes
► 1 1/2 cucumber
► 1 small red onion
► Some avocado
For the salsa:
► 1/2 cucumber
► 1 jalapeño pepper
► 1 serrano pepper
► Small bunch of cilantro
► 1 tbsp soy sauce
► 1/4 tsp black pepper
► Salt to taste
► 1/4 cup tomato juice ( I used Clamato)
► 1/2 cup of lime juice from the shrimp
