Hello friends here is what I used to make these bulla cakes
4 cups flour
1 cup mashed pumpkin
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons melted unsalted butter.
1/2- 1 cup water ( add it in slowly to combine the dough, you may or may not need all of it .
This makes 9 bulla cakes depending how big you cut them .
Bake 325 for 18-2o minutes.
