The Vanilla Cream Cheese Buttercream Recipe:
🔸200 g of butter 82%
🔸600 g of cream cheese 65%
🔸100 g of icing sugar
🔸1⁄2 of vanilla pod
1. Add to the butter (16–18 °C / 61–65 °F) the sifted icing sugar and vanilla seeds. Whip it with a whisk attachment at medium speed for around 1–2 minutes.
2. Gadually increasing the speed to maximum, until the mixture becomes light and voluminous.
3. Reduce the mixer speed to medium and gradually add the cream cheese (16–18 °C / 61–65 °F). In order to keep the finished cream stable, avoid overwhipping.
