Cheap 3lb @Fiskars1649 maul for driving metal stakes. Don't drive them super deep, we just remove them anyway. When the concrete is placed, there will be minimal spillage. Line pump operator can prevent nearly all of that by placing the concrete against the sides of the forms first. I have calculated how much spillage we get and it's much cheaper than forms to the dirt.
