Raisu was our favorite restaurant and dining experience in Vancouver, and we tried quite a few places! This quaint restaurant is easy to miss with the entrance being a narrow staircase hidden behind white curtains that read "Raisu" with a a picture of a rice cooker.
Once you get in though, the service, the experience, the food, it's all so wonderful. Their sashimi was so fresh, their Otoro Aburi Sushi & Tartar Bowl - YUM. I would definitely bookmark this place for a special night out when you are in the Vancouver area!
