Finally found the smoked boudin made by Zummo's again.
It's not overly smoked and this is my favorite boudin made by Zummo's. Instead of the air fryer, I decided to bake in the oven.
A little bit of vegetable oil or canola is all that's needed.
Cook time is 20 minutes at 350°, turning every 5 minutes to avoid sticking.
