Is your Ring Doorbell slow or not responding?
Rebooting it might solve the problem. Here’s how to do it:
Open your Ring app.
Tap on your Ring Doorbell.
Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Device Health.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Tap Reboot This Device.
Confirm by tapping Reboot This Device again.
It will take few minutes for the reboot to complete.
