Ingredients 5 peaches, peeled, cored, and sliced (about 4 cups) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 tsp salt For the batter: 6 Tbsp butter 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 cup milk Ground cinnamon (to taste) Instructions 1️⃣ Prep the peaches: Add sliced peaches, sugar, and salt to a saucepan. Stir and cook on medium heat until the sugar dissolves and juices release (a few minutes). Remove from heat. (Skip this step if using canned peaches.) 2️⃣ Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 350°F.
