Sign up for my FREE air fryer email series here: 🌟 Today I’m making my Crispy Air Fryer Diced Potatoes. 🥔 They’re crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside and ready in 20 minutes! ⏰  They’re the perfect side dish for any meal and a healthier option than French fries. 🍟   Here’s how to make them: Ingredients: 1 ½ lbs red or Yukon gold potatoes 1 Tbs olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 Tbs fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley   Directions: Dice potatoes into uniform pieces and soak in cold water for at least 10 minutes. Dry the potatoes and toss them in a bowl with oil, salt, and garlic powder. Preheat air fryer to 370°F and put the potatoes in the basket in a single layer.  Cook 14-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through. Garnish with parsley and serve.
