Freshly crush - 2 Small pieces of ginger 7-8 Garlic Cloves 2 Green Chillies. -Now in a bowl, Add 2 Cup Bajra Atta 1/4 Cup Besan Salt 1/2 Cup Fenugreek Leaves (Methi) Chopped Handful Coriander Leaves Lightly crush 1/2 Tsp Carom Seeds. Freshly crushed Green chilly, Garlic and Ginger (Prepared earlier) 1 Small Onion Chopped 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp Cumin Powder 1 Tbsp White Sesame Seeds 1 Tbsp Ghee -Add water and knead into a semi soft dough. -Grease a parchment paper or plastic with some oil, Place a dough ball on this and flatten it with the help of your fingers and palm (As shown in the video) Pick it up along with the parchment paper -Heat a pan, and invert the parchment paper on the pan (Bajra side on the pan) And peel the paper as shown in the video. - Roast on medium to high flame and add some ghee. - ⁠serve with some dahi and enjoyy
