Easy peasy chicken fry at home!
It’s a lot more easier than you think.
Ingredients I used:
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
- few curry leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 to 3 tsp red chilli powder (or as needed)
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp thick dahi/yogurt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 to 2 tbsp cornflour
- oil for frying
