The beef comes pre-cooked sous vide style so it's super convenient. It just takes a few minutes to warm on a pan, then you add in the sauce and stir for a few more minutes. The beef is medium tender in nice little chunks. The sauce is flavorful, with a moderate thickness. The spice level is moderate so I added a few sashito peppers on the side.
