Iberico Pork at the disc! My friends from Campo Grande sent me this Amazing Iberico pork and I had to make one of my favorite Disc recipes! Iberico pork (or "cerdo Ibérico") is a premium pork that comes from the Iberian pig, a unique breed native to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal). It’s often considered the "wagyu of pork" because of its incredible marbling, intense flavor, and melt-in-your-mouth texture.
