Iberico pork (or "cerdo Ibérico") is a premium pork that comes from the Iberian pig, a unique breed native to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal). It’s often considered the "wagyu of pork" because of its incredible marbling, intense flavor, and melt-in-your-mouth texture. This meat is unlike anything else in the pork world—it’s rich, nutty, and deeply satisfying.
