The Princess Royal has presented a medal to a lifeboatman who battled hurricane-like conditions to save the lives of eight people stranded on a French yacht. Coxswain Patch Harvey was awarded Silver Medal for Gallantry by Princess Anne as he stood alongside his wife, Nina, at a garden party to celebrate the RNLI's 200th anniversary. Report by Matt Blair.
