How to fix P0137 Code: Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
The oxygen sensors monitor how much oxygen is burned off during combustion. The computer uses the information to adjust the air/fuel ratio mixture. They also monitor the catalytic converter.
A P0137 code is set when the computer (ECM/PCM) detects low voltage on the Bank 1, Sensor 2 oxygen sensor.
If the engine is in a Lean running condition it can set a P0137 Code. If there is a Lean condition, it can be difficult to troubleshoot since many things can cause it.

Wiring - Open Short - Blown Fuse
Engine Lean Running Condition (Will usually have other codes)
