What You’ll Need:
Instant RIO Wide Base Plus
Fine Mesh Strainer
Ingredients:
2 cups rice
2 1/3 cups cold water
Drizzle of EVOO
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Using a fine mesh strainer, rinse your rice.
Add rice to the Instant Pot along with cold water, EVOO, and salt. Stir.
Pressure cook for 3 minutes and then natural release for 15 minutes.
