The woman in the video (Margaret) was a very good customer of mine while I was driving the buses through the Govan area of Glasgow. She would get on everyday and was always happy and cheery with me. Although she had learning difficulties I never treated her differently from any other person. She was an absolute delight, a gem of a woman as we say in Scotland and always cheered me up every time she got on- Leon Morrow
