Today I'm making one of my favorite summer drinks, Strawberry Horchata (Horchata de Fresa cremosita). It is super simple to make, delicious and so refreshingly good! 😋 Make sure to use bright red strawberries for more flavor 🥰
STRAWBERRY HORCHATA 🍓 INGREDIENTS:
► 1 1/2 cups of rice
► 1 large cinnamon stick
► 3 cups of water
► 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
► 2 cup of whole milk
► 1 can of evaporated milk
► 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
► 1 lb. strawberries
► 2 cups of water
► 1/2 cup of sugar
► Some extra strawberries for garnish (optional)
