Whipped Honey 🍯 It couldn’t be more simpler to make whipped honey at home, you can use it as a sweetener, on your toasts, desserts and so much more. My favourite way is to add it to my coffee. Let’s make a salted whipped honey coffee ☕️
Here’s how you can make this recipe at home ☺️
Ingredients-
•Raw Honey
For Salted Whipped Honey Coffee:
•2 tsps of whipped honey
•pinch of salt
•2 shots of espresso
•Milk
•Ice
Process-
- Use wild raw honey , add it to the stand mixer or use an electric whisk
- Whip it at high speed for 10 minutes minimum or until it’s light and airy
- For the coffee, I added two shots of espresso, two spoons whipped honey,milk with a pinch of salt and lots of ice
- Enjoy your delicious whipped honey with anything and everything you like!
