I’m totally in love with this quick and easy take on monkey bread! It’s sweet, gooey, and cinnamony. Like little cinnamon doughnuts covered in caramel sauce 🤤
The sauce is my favourite part! It’s made with coconut oil and peanut coconut butter, plus maple syrup 👌

All you need is👇
For the dough:
60g Greek yoghurt (any fat %)
50g self raising flour
Cinnamon sugar:
1 tbsp granulated sweetener (any)
1 tsp cinnamon
Caramel sauce:
25g coconut oil
30ml (2 tbsp) maple syrup
1 tbsp peanut coconut butter
Microwave times based on a 700W microwave!
