Vancouver police have announced charges in connection with a stabbing in downtown Vancouver on Wednesday. Investigators say a 61-year-old victim was seriously injured but later released from hospital. As Meera Bains reports, police say the suspect had previously been convicted for uttering threats against the federal finance minister.
