Using the cable pulley machine for front raises adds an extra level as the cable provides constant tension on the muscles, meaning you have to work hard through the entire range of movement. Watch PureGym Personal Trainer and Gym Manager Tom demonstrate how to do a cable front raise here. 1. Set the pulley to the lowest setting, attach the bar cable attachment, and select the weight. 2. Turn your back to the machine and step one leg over the cable, then grab the handle. 3. Bracing your core, slowly raise the handle until your hands, elbow, and shoulder are in a straight line. 4.
