Chicken Flavored Rice
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Rice
2 Cups Water
2 TSP Chicken Bouillon
1/2 to 1 Cup Onions/Peppers mix
2 TBS Butter
2 TSP Minced Garlic
Directions:
Rinse and clean rice (Sit aside)
To a hot pan add Butter with onions/Peppers cook until translucent on Med/High heat
Add minced Garlic and continue cooking until garlic is fragrant (3-5 Minutes)
Add rice and Fry for 4-5 mins mixing occasionally
Add Water, chicken bouillon and bring to a boil
Cover and reduce heat to low and let rice cook for 15-20 minutes
After 15-20 Minutes remove from heat
Serve and Enjoy!
