For all the spicy food lovers out there, this one’s for you. A Shannxi staple, Yo Po Mian (Biang Biang Noodles or Chinese Hot Oil Noodles) literally means ‘oil splashed noodles’. These noodles are spicy, tongue numbing and pack a punch - you won’t be able to put your chopsticks down! Ingredients: ☐ 2 serves wide hand-pulled noodles ☐ ½ tbsp soy sauce ☐ 1 tbsp black vinegar ☐ 2 dried birds eye chilli (chopped) ☐ ½ tsp ground Sichuan pepper ☐ ½ tsp chilli powder ☐ 4 garlic cloves (minced) ☐ Spring onion (chopped) ☐ 3 tbsp neutral-flavoured oil (vegetable, canola, grapeseed, etc) ☐ Bok choy (or your preferred Asian leafy greens) #biangbiangnoodles #spicynoodles #noodlewithme If you liked this video - remember to like, subscribe and comment! - Jenny Instagram:
