avocado oil
4 large thickly sliced green tomatoes
1 cup full-fat buttermilk
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons hot sauce
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 cup medium-ground cornmeal
2 teaspoons paprika
coarse salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
cajun remoulade for dipping
