There are 4 Upgrade Locations in Final Fantasy XVI (FF 16) for the With Two Ds trophy (2 Consumable Potion Potency Upgrades, 2 Inventory Slot Upgrades).
All Upgrades come from side quest rewards. These side quests will have a green "+" icon on the map. They all start in The Hideaway and become available gradually with story progress.
Two Upgrades increase the Potion Potency, allow you to heal more.
Two Upgrades increase the Inventory Size, allowing you to carry more Potions.
None of these are missable. The relevant side quests are still available after the story in free-roam.
