Ingredients/ instructions
1 green bell pepper small diced
1 yellow onion small diced
1 can of spam small diced
1 Tbsp epis
@verynoiceeseasoning
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 box of rigatoni pasta cooked until al dente
For the cheese sauce: over medium low heat
- 3 tbsp butter & 3 tbsp flour to make the roux
- add two cans of evaporated milk & make sure to fill one of them half way with some of the past water
- add 1 can of cream of chicken
- season with @verynoiceeseasoning , black pepper & mustard
- once slightly thicken add the sautéed onions, bell pepper , & spam
- add grated parm, shredded mozz, & the dry shelf parmesan mix with pecorino Romano cheese.
- turn off heat add the pasta/noodles & gently fold
- add to greased pan with more cheese on top & bake until crispy on top #cooking #food #foodie
