Super easy Hack for vacuum sealing, soups, salsa, chili, and meats in marinade. By simply freezing the bags while open and propped up you can get a perfect seal later. This also works great for separating fat from broth. With ham stock I slice off the lard for use in a rue for my cheese sauce which I add to the rest of the soup later. #soup #chili #cooking
