NY Strip Steak off the @TraegerGrills Flatrock!
Love getting to come home on my lunch break and get a steak thrown on the griddle.
This NY Strip from @chapman3ccattlecompany was seasoned up with @originalsureshotsids Gunpowder Seasoning and thrown on the blazing hot griddle.
@MEATER 2 Plus kept and eye on this internals. Got the steak pulled at 130 and it rose to near 135 during the rest. A little more medium than I'd like but tasted amazing!
I'm playing around with some #lowcarb / #carnivore stuff in the new year and have already dropped 6 pounds.
