9NEWS Meteorologist Cory Reppenhagen is on Colorado's Eastern Plains checking out storm activity. The National Weather Service offices in Boulder and Goodland, Kansas issued severe thunderstorm watches until 10 p.m. Sunday for parts of Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska.
The NWS says a couple of tornadoes are possible along with tennis ball-sized hail and strong winds up to 80 mph are likely.
