A few quality Nautilus Pullover alternatives. The goal is to get 180 degrees of resistance on the lats. I have yet to find a DIY pullover that allows me to drive through the elbows like the Nautilus Pullover. I’ve tried a few things, but nothing worthy of sharing…yet.
