Having the ability to move freely all the time without worrying about limping can allow players to engage one another with a level of ferocity that is unmatched by those who might play the game at a pace more mild. The added sharpness to your screen was something many didn't mind. However, that has since changed. Now, with a desaturation and blurriness effect, people have grown a disdain for using PKs and the effect itself. Especially considering how long most stimulants and other forms of painkillers last.
