Welcome back to what is another video towards My Weight Loss Journey / Fat Loss Journey of 2025 & beyond. I've done it! I've got a new low weigh-in as of today. Since my last body showing (March 8th) I am back in the 200s. I would prefer not to see 300 pounds on the scale ever again and keep getting healthier / lower in weight. This is Day 11 of My Weight Loss Journey / Weight Loss Transformation & my starting weight was 303.8, but my body showing was 306.2. Well, this body update I am under 300 pounds of course, and weighed in at 298.1 lbs. I'm losing weight fast and definitely losing fat as well. Most of it is water weight though, but some coming from fast, and most likely a little muscle at this time. I haven't been doing a strict diet either, but I have been (water) fasting a decent amount. Along with working out with kettlebells & taking walks for cardio + some (not serious) dancing. Thanks for following & thanks for watching!
