Noom Med combines the same weight loss support as Noom Weight with prescriptions for weight loss medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, and compounded Semaglutide if your insurance doesn’t cover the branded drugs. Noom Med emerged after the FDA approved GLP-1 medications like Semaglutide for weight loss in 2021 and granted compounding pharmacies the ability to produce Semaglutide during the 2024 shortage.
