The radio presenter quit drinking and started running during the various lockdowns imposed during the pandemic, losing weight due to a "huge" lifestyle change.
But a recent photo shared on Instagram shows the mother-of-three still enjoys her favourite foods from time to time - and fans were quick to praise the 48-year-old for striking a healthy balance.

In a post shared to Instagram on Friday, Chrissy was pictured eating a fried entree at an RSL club in Ramsgate, NSW.
One photo shows Chrissie dipping items into the sauce, while the second shows her looking overwhelmed with excitement and hiding her face behind her hands.
"Dear Jesus, I love me some sesame shrimp toast. I believe this is a good Chinese entree. Thoughts?" she captioned the two photos.
Chrissie - Wears the popular Australian sportswear brand STAX. While she was eating - then joked about the "surprisingly luxurious" restaurant she was dining in.

Her 253,000 followers were quick to share their thoughts on fried entrees, praising Chrissie for leading by example when it comes to healthy eating.
"Totally agree, love my shrimp toast!!" one person wrote.
"Well, especially the sweet and sour sauce," said another.

"OMG the shrimp toast is amazing!!!! Shows us what 'healthy' looks like," said one follower.
"Yes, it's about balance," another agreed.
In October last year, Kris revealed on The Project that she had quit drinking after realizing her anxiety had "bursted through the roof".
"I haven't had a drink in about nine months," she said.
"I recommend it. If you're thinking, 'Oh, maybe I'm drinking too much' or 'it doesn't help me anymore,' then I think the main takeaway is that it doesn't help.
