Open Consultancy Service: Providing open consultancy services to academic and public libraries, librarians and researchers on any matter concerning information resources and scholarly communication.

Inter-Library Loan: Facilitating books that are not in stock of our Library. Such books are loaned to students/ faculty through DELNET and other libraries of academic institutes.

Courses: With a strong commitment to have a ‘classroom in the library’, the Library conducts a two-credit Course i.e. “Research and Publication Ethics” for PhD/MPhil students, “Personality Development and Communication Skills” for UG/PG students of our University. We also offer “Online Book Publishing Course” in collaboration with National Book Trust, New Delhi.

Reading Room for Researchers: Researcher scholars have been facilitated a separate reading room thus supporting their research work.

SWAYAM PRABHA DTH: A specialised section is created in Engineering Library with all facilities to watch online lectures of SWAYAM PRABHA DTH.

Citizen Charter and SOPs: The Library strictly follows the Citizen Charter and SOPs developed by IQAC.

Remote access to e-resources: The Library has facilitated remote access to subscribed e-resources through INFLIBNET’s INFED.

Faculty Profiles on IRINS: The Library has been maintaining the faculty profiles using IRINS of INFLIBNET.

Document Archive: Effectively utilizing the available technological infrastructure to digitize the documents such as policy documents; invoices; agreements; minutes of the meetings, notifications, etc. for the easy access, reference and retrieval.

Meetings: We conduct regularly conduct meetings of the Library Purchase Committee (LPC) and internal Library staff meetings. We have conducted 32 LPC meetings so far and conduct internal Library staff meetings (informal) almost every week and formally conducting monthly meetings.

Granth Academy/ NBT Collaboration: The Library is taking care of Granth Academy and a Certificate Course on Online Book Publishing in collaboration with National Book Trust.

Gyan Pravah is an Institutional Digital Repository comprising the institutional and faculty publications/documents i.e. papers, theses, dissertations, conference proceedings, ordinances, annual reports, newsletters, information bulletins, media clippings, patents, open access papers of the faculty, etc.

E-theses/dissertations are accessible on ShodhGanga as well as Gyan Pravah.

Earn While You Learn is provided to the needy students

Library Training/Internship Programme is provided to the BLISc and MLISc freshers/ students.
